Oct 22,  · The General Council of the Trades Union Congress approved a revision of the attached Model Rules and Standing Orders, prepared by the TUCJCC, for the use of Trades Union Councils. The main changes make it clearer that trades union councils must affiliate to their County Association of Trades Union Councils.
